Galatians 2:20

Galatians 2:20  •  1 min. read  •  grade level: 5
Listen from:
What life are you living? You say you are not living a disgraceful life of sin and shame, but are you living to please yourself, to surround yourself with the comforts of this life, or is it Christ that lives in you? Then there is pleasure and fruit for God; there is devotedness to do the will of God, dependence and obedience (Psalm 16). If you have passed from death unto life (John 5:2424Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. (John 5:24)), what do you know of that life? Can you say, "The life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me"? Gal. 2:2020I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20).
