T. as “crystal” (Job 28:17¹⁷The gold and the crystal cannot equal it: and the exchange of it shall not be for jewels of fine gold. (Job 28:17)); N. T. “glass” mirrors were metal (1 Cor. 13:12¹²For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
