“Come to Me and live;”
Hear His solemn warning,
“Come to Me and live.”
Jesus now is calling,
Calling, gently calling;
Sweetly now He’s calling,
Calling you to come.
Children, He will never
Prove unkind, untrue;
Trust in Him, He’ll ever
Guide you safely through.
Why do you still linger?
Jesus bids you come;
Crowns He’ll give in glory,
When life’s race is run.
We will heed His calling,
And no longer roam;
We will try to serve Him,
Till He calls us home.
