DECEMBER 30
Bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of the Lord came upon him.
I love music. I always have. And at the end of a day to sit and play the piano for a while is very soothing. Elisha found it so too. He prophesied while the music played and he felt the hand of the Lord upon him. God’s music is wonderful and we will sing the song of the redeemed for all eternity. You don’t know how to sing, you say! Don’t worry. When you get to heaven, you’ll sing like you’ve never sung before. And you won’t need to take singing lessons first!
