One Thing God Can’t Do

God, that cannot lie.
Isn’t it great that this is one thing that God can’t do? Yes, He cannot lie. Whenever He says something, it’s always the absolute truth. One of the first sins that we commit as children is to lie. Satan is called by Jesus a “liar from the beginning,” and “the father of lies.” God is the exact opposite. Absolute truth. Jesus said of Himself, “I am  .  .  .  the truth.” John 14:66Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6). Trust Him - He cannot lie.
