Our Shepherd is Jesus:
He cares for His sheep.
His love never slumbers;
His eyes never sleep.
Our kind Shepherd, Jesus
A good watch doth keep;
He’ll rescue from danger
His lambs and His sheep.
Our dear, loving Saviour
Showed love strong and deep;
For the good Shepherd giveth
His life for the sheep.
And Jesus has sought us
And safely will keep;
For He’s the Good Shepherd
Who died for the sheep.
