We are perplexed, but not altogether without help.
I think the Holy Spirit must have been anticipating 1993 when He caused Paul to write this verse, don’t you? We are indeed puzzled as we see the world floundering in financial and political crises. Almost every country is in some kind of turmoil. But the beautiful thing for a Christian is that we are not altogether without help. Our God is still in heaven, in charge, and He knows what He is doing. And He knows how to keep us.
