Shortly after the believers have been taken to heaven, the righteous judgments of the wrath of God will begin to fall on the world. But the judgments are sealed shut in a book and need to be opened. John began to weep because no one in heaven or earth was found worthy to open the seals. John wanted the glory of God’s righteousness to win the battle of good and evil. An elder comes to John and says, “Don’t weep.” Jesus is the one and only person worthy to open the book. John sees Jesus as the holy, sinless Lamb of God as it had been slain. This means that Jesus is a man in heaven with a body that still has the wounds in His hands, side and feet. Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood to redeem us, to pay the penalty for our sins so we could come into the presence of God. We will be in heaven when Jesus takes the book to open the seals. We will be so happy that we will fall down at the same time as more than 10,000 times 10,000 people worship the Lamb, who is the Lord Jesus Christ. One hundred million people and millions more will all at the same time be giving honor and glory and thanks to the Lord Jesus. Heaven will be a very happy place as we worship the Lord Jesus Christ. As the Lion, Jesus will reign as king. As the Lamb, Jesus was slain to be the Savior. If Jesus is your Savior, you will worship Him.
