The Good Shepherd's Voice

“HE goeth before them, and the sheep follow him,” said our Shepherd, “for they know his voice.” Every sheep and lamb of the flock of God knows the Good Shepherd’s voice. He has called each one by its name, and His voice of love is precious in the hearts of His own. He said, “My sheep hear My voice and I know them, and they follow Me, and I give unto them eternal life” (John 10:27, 2827My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. (John 10:27‑28)).
