The SIN of mankind is the same in quality, though not in degree, all the wide world over. White man, black man, red man, yellow man, may differ in many ways, but they are all alike in this: "All have sinned and come short of the glory of God."
Rom. 3:23
23
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; (Romans 3:23)
.
The RANSOM for sin was paid by the Lord Jesus Christ. His atoning death for sin and sinners is available to all. "The righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe; for there is no difference."
Rom. 3:22
22
Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: (Romans 3:22)

No one reed perish, since the death of Christ is sufficient for all. "And He is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world."
1 John 2:2
2
And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. (1 John 2:2)
.

Mark 16:15
15
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. (Mark 16:15)
.
Salvation is provided for all, and all are invited to partake. "Whosoever will" is urged to "take" it, freely and without personal merit.
"God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
John 3:16
16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
