What are these wounds in Thine hands?
When Jesus comes back in power to reign over the earth, the people in that day will see nail marks in His hands and will ask the question in our verse. The Lord’s answer? “Those with which I was wounded in the house of My friends.” John’s Gospel records that “He came unto His own and His own received Him not.” What a condemnation. He came to do good and His own people had Him nailed to a cross. Praise God for everyone that has come to believe in Him since that day.
