(the Almighty my rock). Father of Shelumiel, chief of the tribe of Simeon at the exodus (Num. 1:6; 2:12; 7:36; 10:19⁶Of Simeon; Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai. (Numbers 1:6)
¹²And those which pitch by him shall be the tribe of Simeon: and the captain of the children of Simeon shall be Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai. (Numbers 2:12)
