Unbelievers are killing and hurting believers in many countries. We should not pray for the death of the bad people who hurt Christians, but we should pray that the bad people will be saved. We should pray for the governments so they would allow Christians to meet and worship the Lord Jesus. Pray for the people who hear the gospel because God wants all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. The only way for a sinner to come to God and be saved is through the Man Christ Jesus who died for our sins.
We have teaching in this chapter how Christians should behave and dress in public meetings. Because the man was created first, God gave him the job of speaking and praying aloud in the public meetings. Men need to keep themselves pure and not do bad things or say bad words about others so they can pray with holy hands and not dishonor the Lord Jesus.
Women need to be careful that the clothes they wear and their hairstyles do not bring attention to themselves, which would distract others from worshipping the Lord Jesus. Instead of speaking or praying aloud in public meetings, God has given the woman the job of raising children to love and serve the Lord. This job is a great honor in the church. The women are blessed when their children grow up and continue in faith, love and holiness. God wants godly men and women to worship and give glory to the Lord Jesus.
