Listen to the warning God gives us. The law, spoken by angels, tells people what they must do. Nobody can keep God’s law, so all must be punished. But God has provided a gospel of great salvation. God tells us what He has done so people can escape the punishment for disobeying the law. If you neglect and refuse this great salvation, you will find yourself in big trouble with God. The gospel of great salvation was preached by the disciples. Many miracles were done. All of this was to show that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life; He is the great salvation.
The angels do not have authority over the world. The Lord Jesus was made a little lower than the angels. He became a man, so that He could suffer in death to show us the grace and love of God. The Man Christ Jesus is now crowned with glory and honor. Soon, He will be king for 1000 years with the highest authority and power over creation.
Christ is a sanctified person, for He is set apart for God and holy. We by faith have received the gift of eternal life, a holy life, and are set apart for God. Satan and others tempted Him, but His holy, sinless nature never wanted to sin. You and I struggle with temptations from others. We also struggle from within our hearts because of our old, sinful nature. When we give in to temptation and the struggle stops, we fall into sin. But it is a struggle when we resist temptation to sin. The Lord Jesus will help you in your struggle to resist sin.
