Notice that in
1 John 2:28

2 John 8

Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. (2 John 8)
, it is the teacher who is spoken of, and it is the teacher’s loss that is spoken of. There will be so-called apostles put to shame before the Lord at His coming (
2 Cor. 11:13

The thought connected with two tables of stone is testimony. (
Exo. 40:20

Answer:
Jesus Christ, the Same, is the title of the unchanging One, I AM, Who ever abides, yesterday and today and forever. The One on whom all creation and redemption rests.
Dispensations change and fresh blessings are unfolded. He is ever the great I AM, “the Same.”

What are the children of Israel a type of? W. I. C.
Answer:
Nothing. The things that happened to them were types (
1 Cor. 10:11
