With my whole heart have I sought Thee: O let me not wander from Thy commandments.
Have you ever heard any of your teachers say, “Now, class, I want your undivided attention”? Well, God wants our undivided attention too. He wants our whole heart. David could say that he had sought the Lord with his whole heart. And that search had led him to the commitment that he didn’t want to ever wander away from the Lord. May it be so with us that we give our affections completely to the Lord and find, in doing so, that He satisfies better and more completely than anything else in the world can.
