Eternal Salvation

"The salvation of God is eternal"; the whole blessing is eternal.

Believers in this day of God's surpassing grace have to do with things unseen.

"The things which are not seen are eternal.," 2 Cor. 4:18¹⁸While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:18).

Christ obtained eternal redemption. Heb. 9:12¹²Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. (Hebrews 9:12).

He became the Author of eternal salvation. Heb. 5:9⁹And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; (Hebrews 5:9).

The gift of God is eternal life. Rom. 6:23²³For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23).

The God of all grace has called us to eternal glory. 1 Peter 5:10¹⁰But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. (1 Peter 5:10).
