Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. (1 Corinthians 11:27)
is not speaking about being worthy to partake at the Lord’s table, but, rather, partaking there in an unworthy manner. Every believer, free of doctrinal or moral sin, is worthy to be there.
