Esto se refiere al favor inmerecido de Dios para con los hombres. Es obtener algo bueno de Dios sin que lo merezcamos. El mayor de estos dones gratuitos de la gracia de Dios es la salvación de nuestras almas (Romanos 11:5-6; Efesios 1:7, 2:8; 1 Pedro 1:9). El efecto práctico de la obra de la gracia de Dios en el corazón humano hace del beneficiario un adorador espontáneo y agradecido (Rut 2:1010Then she fell on her face, and bowed herself to the ground, and said unto him, Why have I found grace in thine eyes, that thou shouldest take knowledge of me, seeing I am a stranger? (Ruth 2:10); Juan 9:35-38). También produce un deseo en las almas de agradar al Señor “renunciando á la impiedad y á los deseos mundanos” y viviendo “templada, y justa, y píamente” (Tito 2:11-12). Ella también produce energía para servirle a Él (1 Samuel 25:41; 141And she arose, and bowed herself on her face to the earth, and said, Behold, let thine handmaid be a servant to wash the feet of the servants of my lord. (1 Samuel 25:41)
