Right to turn this afternoon. Brought into the book of the Psalm.
A-44 Psalm.
They'd like to read parts of these three psalms here. 44, five and six we have heard with our ears, Oh God, our fathers have told us what work thou didst in their days, in the times of old. How about it? Drive out the heathen from thy land, and findest them. My God is to flip the people and cast them out. And they got not the land in possession by their own swords, neither did their own.
Save them but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hast the favour unto them. Thou art my King, O God, command deliverances for victim.
Now, and I am first, but thou hast passed us off, and put us this game, and go us not forth with our armies.
I'll make the first return back from the enemy and they would take a spoil for themselves.
Keep appointed for me, and have shattered us among the heathen people for not and thus not increased thy wealth by their price.
I'll make a special report to our neighbors, a thorn and a derision to them that are round about us.
17th verse All this has come upon us, yet have we not forgotten those, neither have we dealt falsely in my covenant. Our heart is not turned back, neither have our steps declined. From thy way, Lord, Thou hast Thou opened us in the place of Dragons, and covered us with a shadow of death, if we have forgotten the name of our God?
Or stretched out our hands to a strange God? Shall not God thrust this out?
Arena, the sequence of the heart.
Now the 45th on.
My heart is inviting a good matter. I speak of the things which I have made touching the King. My tongue is the pen of a ready writer. Thou art fairer than the children of men. Grace is poured into violence. Therefore God hath blessed me forever. Stir thy sword upon thy cry, almost mighty with thy glory and thy majesty. And in thy majesty lies prosperously because of truth, and meekness and righteousness.
And thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.
Fine hours. It starts in the heart of the King's enemies, whereby the people fall under thee. Thy throne, O God, is forever and ever. The scepter of thy Kingdom is a right scepter, all of us righteousness and hatest wickedness. Therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
All eyes on and smell of myrrh and owls and cassia out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made me glad King's daughters were among my honourable women. Upon thy right-handed stand the Queen in boiled of upper.
Father or daughter, and consider and incline thine ear. Forget us, for thine own people, and thy father's host.
So shall obtain greatly desired our duties. But he is thy Lord, and worship thou him. And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift. Even the rich among the people shall increase thy favour. The King's daughters all glorious with him, her quarrelings of rock gold, he shall be brought unto the king. And raiment of needlework of urgent for companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee.
That gladness and rejection shall be brought. They shall enter into the King's power.
Instead of thy Father, so be thy children, whom Thou mayest make senses in all the earth I will make thine name to be remembered in all generations. Therefore shall the people praise Thee forever and ever. God is our refuge and strength. A very pleasant help and trouble, therefore, will not be severed, nor the earth be removed, and all the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea.
All the waters are wrongly troubled, all the mountains safe with the swelling there are.
There is a river. The streams will also make glad the city of God. The holy place of the tabernacles of the Most High. God is in the midst of her. She shall not be moved. God shall help her, and that right early.
Then first, we still know that I am God. I will be exalted among the heathens. I will be exalted in the earth. The Lord of hosts is with us. The God of Britain is our refuge.
00:05:12
What I might say before beginning to speak again that the Psalms have particularly the Jew, whether running into Israel and the future goes, it'll be brought back into their land. Indeed a large number of already gone back into that land or an unbelief, but God will work to ask him and call the church away and he will raise up around him of Israel.
And he will try to.
Through certain exercises by the tribulations, and they will finally own that their guilt in having crucified their Messiah and be brought in the blessings. And not only they, but a great number of the heathen nations will be also brought in the blessing and association with Israel, and the Kingdom is established upon earth.
And the Psalms bring us, bring before us the exercises that they go through.
Only mentioned this because it's helpful for us to understand the true character of the Psalms in order that we may get a blessing from them. They're looking to having to do with an earthly people. There's no mention of knowing God as our Father. Better people are enjoyment of the believers standing in Christ.
There's no mention of heavenly blessing in the Psalms. It has to do, I say again, with an earthly people, with earthly hope and in a relationship knowing God is Jehovah God and not in the same relationship that we know him, knowing God as our Father.
Nevertheless, brethren, the moral ways of God are the same in all dispensations, and as we sang in our little hymn, Israel's God is ours and the one who is going to finally bring the nation of Israel into blessings on the ground. The pure sovereign grace is the same one who has brought us in the blessing.
Only we must, as I say, bear in mind these blessings.
Yes, that way I'm not to pick out the expressions in the bombs of being characteristic of our relationship. For instance, in the fourth verse of the 44th Psalm, it says thou art my kings. Now that's the expression has to do with Israel and earthly people who will know and the Lord is king reign over the earth.
But it isn't intelligent for a Christian to speak of the Lord as my.
Home who look up and call God our Father. And as believers we are part of the Bride of Christ, who stands in a different relationship, so that we are part of the God of the Lamb, and our relationship is much nearer and sweet and precious than Israel's will be.
And then too, redemption having been accomplished, and the Holy Spirit having come down, we know where the divine assurance that all our blessings are secure through the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ. And so there are no such expressions in Christianity which pass me not away from my presence, nor how blessed tonight is a believer.
Has been brought into a wondrous place of illness in and through the work of Christ.
And is maintained there.
Of course it's necessary, we should be an enjoyment of it, but our place there has been secured to us through the work of Christ.
And until we don't look to see things made right in this earth.
We don't expect while we're here to see God in the fear that that thing's right. Instead, we're waiting for the voice of our precious Savior calling us home to be with Himself. The One who comes for us is the blatant Morning Star will ask to rise for Israel as the Son of righteousness was healing in His wings and before all judgment falls upon the poor world.
While we will be.
That we have an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled in the state is not a way reserved in heaven for us.
I know, things remarked because it's misunderstanding of Psalms that has caused many professing Christians not to enter into and enjoy Christian positions. But if we bear these things in mind, then we can read the Psalms and we can see that which applies to us in God's moral ways, but realizing at the same time that our relationship is more intimate, more blessed.
00:10:14
So any psalms and notice that it says at the beginning of each one that it was or the sons of Korah.
Oh no, Cora was the one who rose up in rebellion against Moses, the leader whom God had chosen to take his people through the wilderness.
And it says the song of Korah. There is not all of thy grace on the part of God.
Weren't there? This is guilty, but they didn't side along with their fathers. And so we see that grace beared as some of the sons of Korah, so that they didn't fall in that judgment. And brethren, in the truth that we deserve to fall under the judgment of God.
The only claim that we have for His blessing is sovereign, unmanned grace, and we might well think of ourselves in that spiritual way as being the sons of chorus it deserves. The judgment of grace has been made known to us, and we have been brought into blessings instead.
Another point too, at the most of the Psalms is divided into 5 different books and the first book ends at the hand of the 41St Psalm.
In the first book of the Psalms, Israel are the random, I should say, of the of the two tribes are still in the land.
All through the first, the first book of the Psalm. And that's why in the first book of the Psalms we have prophetically perhaps before us the appointment, because the Lord presented himself to the nation when they were there in the land. And there were those who acknowledged him, but there were also those who didn't acknowledge him and they were all together in the land.
So there's a certain analogy between the years that the Lord.
Went up and down among the nation of Israel for 3 1/2 years and the 1St 3 1/2 years of the tribulation. For during those first 3 1/2 years I say the sacrifices will go on in Jerusalem and the godly word of their own Jerusalem. But in the middle of the waste tent they had a place stopped the sacrifices and the godly ones were driven out.
They're driven out from Jerusalem.
And now others in a path of suffering tells us that because they don't receive the mark of the beast, they won't be able to buy or sell, or they'll have an exceedingly fine and difficult time. So much so that it's called the time of Jacob's Trouble. A time of trouble such as never wise since there was a nation even under that same time.
That would be a real time of testing and trial for God, for God.
People and everything, that's why I had it on my heart 3 be threesome. Because we see prophetically a people going through deep testings and trials and other people who at the same time find and grab a resource found in him what they needed. And surely there are signs of testing that come in our lives.
Individually and collectively.
And our resources in God, our resources in the flame, Blessed One, who was the resource of Israel, although for us in a far more intelligent and birthed way because of an enjoyed relationship and a known nearness.
And so I'm seeing in this 44th time now.
Beginning for these words we have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us that Wert thou didst in their days, in the times of all, they looked back upon, the times when God first brought them out.
From the land of Egypt the position of slavery, and by His mighty arms brought them into that promised land, and planted them in it, and blessed them there. I don't look good for us too, when fire comes into our lives, brethren, to look back and think of the wondrous grace that first picked us up, that saw us in the pit of sin, and lifted us up, set our feet upon a lot for the new sand into our mouths.
Even falls unto our God sometimes when Father comes. It seems we honestly get the wondrous grace that has ever been shown to us. And is that so involved and occupied with the trouble that we forget our God in His grace has already done for us. And so to me, it's very beautiful here to see them looking back and seeing.
00:15:22
This grace of God that has been shown to them and facing God's goodness to in as a nation.
Who brought them through the wilderness in spite of all the murmurings, all our complaining and all their strivings, and finally brought them in and planted them in the land? Sometimes one is remarked that when we look back, we don't look far enough back. We have to look back to the cross.
Perhaps some past troubles or something, we might be destroyed, but all when you look back to that cross and see where the heart of God called out his grace toward us when he deserved on the judgment. And I'm sure that's what the sons of Korah would do. They could look back and think of the earth open its mouth and swallowing up his father, their father and all his companies and they themselves theirs. And so here they.
Food in a national way, and think of God's goodness to them, and His grace, and bringing them out. Notice this third verse too. Or they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arms save them, but thy right hand, thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou had a favour unto them. Isn't that lovely?
Or is it good for us to look back?
And remember that it wasn't our own arm. It wasn't because we deserved anything. And not only his favorite water, but the light of his countenance.
The government was not only mercy that saved us from hell, but you know God saved us that he might have our company. It's the delight of the heart of God to have aligned himself a people blessed in association with Him.
You love someone. It's the company of that person that we desire. It's not just the thing we get from them. Not at the small part of it, A very small matter. What is the company of that person as we deserve and all? Isn't it wonderful to think that in the 17th of John, where the Lord makes that beautiful prayer just before he goes to the cross?
He said Father, I will if they ask for whom God?
Love me. They love me where I am.
They may behold my blood all the Lord is looking forward to the time when He's going to have us with Himself and brought Him, and wants us to walk through this life in the enjoyment of His countenance. That's His presence. I would like to think on the 14th of John, the Lord tells about those many mansions. There are many aboard.
Then further on the song he says the man love me he will.
My words and my father will love him, and we will come unto him and make all abode with him. That word translated abode, the very same word translated mentioned in the first part of the chapter. And so we're going to have an abode up there that the Lord, as it were. So you walk in obedience.
You walk in communion, I'll make a smile bold in your heart.
Father and son making his abroad in our hearts.
Bold and the beautiful, who are all put toward them, and the light of his countenance.
Now it tells us.
Nine First Baptist song.
And and go snap forth with our armies.
And so he speaks of the things that have come upon nationally.
And there's an exercise about it. And you know, when God doesn't struggle into our lives, brethren.
In terms of the exercise, there'll be waters to forget the longest grace that puts us up and do this because it didn't pick us up that He's dealing with us in this way from the Lord love us.
The Lord love us, he says, and so it's a good thing for us to be exercised. Has there been some trouble come into our individual lives?
00:20:04
As their difficulties come into our business life.
Housing difficulty coming to our family life, our universe to be entirely indifferent about this and say, well, we all have to go through a certain amount of trouble. Oh no, here we find it where they're spreading this out before the law. They haven't forgotten his past to admit about the exercise about that with their passing through and a terrorist and God deals with us.
That that yields a peaceful fruits of righteousness unto them who are exercise their boss.
There are three different ways in which we may treat God's dealings with us.
I thought you might despise it. We might spend hundreds almighty exercised by.
It inspires its name to just taste the troubles that come, the sort of matter, of course.
He found Android as he got the story. You can say it's noise. I seem to have so much trouble and just get completely crushed under it. But God intends that we should be exercise their box.
And not one unkind word can be said, not one trouble can rise in the office, not one dippopoly can arise in the assembly of what God is Allah.
It has allowed it, and we ought not to just point our finger at someone else.
It is an untime word said then will us be bitterness. That's in the heart of that brother, I have to say. Why did God allow that to be said to me and be allowed to be said to me? Oh, that's taken it from Him, isn't it?
That's being exercised by it. And so from difficulty coming to the assembly ought to be all exercised, brethren, every one of us. We ought to have our faces down and identify ourselves with the with the people of God. And that's what we really see here. Thou satisfied people from us. Not always. That was a recognition at the hand of God.
Was upon them, and they identified themselves with the others.
And so that's important for us too, that we should be exercised by the things that come.
So I'm expecting versatile. My conclusion is continually before me. I'm the same of my face has covered me.
And how does the 13 have heart as a result of their the 17th verse? All this is come upon us, yet have we not forgotten those, neither have we dealt falsely in my covenant. And in the 20th verse, if we have forgotten the name of our God, or stretched at our hands to a strange God, shall not God search this out, for He knows the secrets of the heart.
Well, the farm writer here is justifying himself, and sometimes we justify ourselves.
When we're exercised, we might say, well, I I don't see anything. I don't know why this has come. I don't know really what I've done and why the Lord has allowed this.
Oh, I forgot to say, and we ought to, we ought to say, as it says in the 20th verse, if we have forgotten the name of our God, respected our hands to a strange God, shall not God search this out? No blood in God sees in us sometimes things we don't see ourselves.
And it's important for us that we should realize that when we don't perhaps see the reason, that we should recognize that God, who searches our hearts and knows all about us, may see things there. And if we're continually in his presence, he may allow us to see things that we haven't previously discovered and we get into his presence.
And it's a good thing for us. The children of Israel couldn't have victory against their enemies unless they got back to God. Indeed, I might say that. Regard this Psalm. The godly remnant who are talking here are guilty of having rejected their Messiah, and they don't. They haven't yet realized that.
And it wasn't until some time after this that through these great sorrows, which continue and increase through those last 3 1/2 years of the tribulation, that they are finally broken down. And when the Lord appears, then there's a mourning. The Lord showed them, shows them what they hadn't seen before.
00:25:07
Shows them those hands.
They have rejected them a file.
And I thought they had done until I see him and all Brad and I say I feel in great danger with us. I was sort of a self satisfaction getting satisfied with ourselves and thinking well, I have been before the Lord about this and I haven't found anything all that the Lord see things I say that we may not.
See, and he is going to continue his workings with us.
Until we have them early.
And he herself really empty himself. That doesn't take place completely down here, but that's his purpose. His purpose is that we might practically put self in the place where he is put it.
That the life of Jesus might be made manifest in us. Now you know God. Job was exercised by the trouble of Cain in his life. But he said I'll hold fast my integrity as long as I live.
He didn't realize that there was an unread side in his heart. And you know it wasn't for something that Job had done, because his life was ultimately a blameless 1 and God himself bore witness to that.
That there was an immense amount of self and tribes that Job didn't know and didn't realize until he got to the presence of God and he said now mine is fearfully wherefore our repentance and abhor myself to the holy friend.
He had been very disturbed by the unkind remarks that they made to him, but at last he abhorred himself. And I might be able to say I don't know one thing that I have done that has caused a lot to deal with me. That's why it isn't something that I have done. Maybe God pleased a spirit of pride and self satisfaction in this poor lesson heart of mine and he's allowing the Father and to bring it out.
Now as well don't see it until at last they see the Messiah and brother. That's what we need. We need to get into His presence to discover what self really is. We will never discover it by comparing ourselves with others, but when we get into His presence by areas where we discover what self really is.
I remember hearing a little incident about a young lady lived in a small town.
With studying music.
You're setting along very well as we studied and some of her friends suggested that you have a little concert entertainment people in the town.
Of her musical songs. And so this is arranged in a certain little hall in the town. But along came a very famous musician to that little town. And she saw a little nourish that somewhere in the post office or somewhere telling about this little concert that was to be held. And of course he was very interested because he was a great musician.
He came over to the hall and he was preparing for this concert that was to be held.
And he said he didn't know who he was, but he sat down to the piano and he started to play.
All the expression of faith things.
He was so far saying that she had ever thought she had any challenge. When she heard this musician at the piano. She realized she knew little or nothing in comparison with one. And he's so much more. And he thought, I thought I knew something about music. But when I hear that, I feel as if I knew nothing. What was it that made her really humble herself?
Or the same one who is far superior to this God. And what is it that it really teaches humanity that? And it's not comparing ourselves with others, but it's the same thing that will take place in Israel's history. And they drove into the face of that altogether lovely ones. It comes to be their failure and their deliverer after all they pass through. Then they mourn and repentance.
Until the demolition is robbing their hearts and that's what you and I need. We need to get into his presence to realize all that we're nothing as we think of him and all of his ears and all he has done for us. And so we see all these exercises are used of God.
00:30:04
To to produce and to deepen an exercise in the inner parts of the godly remnants. And again I say before we turn to the next Psalm, that it's important for us in all these things that God passes us through, that we choose that see his hand in them and be exercised.
Now I think we've come to something of this in the next Psalm, the 45th.
My heart is engaging a good matter. I speak of the things which I have made touching. The things all have changed from the time before.
The song before.
Yeah, there's been an exercise about all it's passing through.
Otherwise I was caught and was going to their neighbors.
And now this song opens by occupation with Christ.
He hasn't yet revealed himself to them. For I remarked again, this is in the second book of the Psalms. Their deliverance has not yet been affected. But faith looks beyond the gloom, looks beyond the sad circumstances in which they find themselves. And he says, my heart is inviting a good matter. God had made promises to the nation, and he was going to bring them into blessings.
And instead of the.
Occupation with all the present problems, the heart of dishonest now is look to the body, the whole thing.
And we occupied where the law himself a good matter. I speak of the things which I have made Captain McCain. My tongue is the pen of a ready writer. I don't know. In your heart spoil. It's easy to speak about Christ. It's easy to write about Christ. And your heart is full of him. And that's the way it is here.
Instead of being crushed under the Saul, now he.
With Obama, for the occupied, with Islam, who is there than the children of men? Grace is poured into thiox, all blossoms. May God grant him that our hearts may be lifted up.
Is a time coming when we're going to see Him face to face. Israel are going to see him too, as their mighty deliverer. But by faith our hearts can indict a good matter. Who can speak of the things which we have made touching the King, whatsoever you and I made touching him?
1961 has passed by.
Are we a little better acquainted with the one with whom we're going to spend eternity with, brought out in our Bible reading to the special meetings, How the beloved Apostle Paul, you have known the Lord for many years, and he said that I may know him. Oh, you might have said Paul, don't you know him?
He would say, I believe I want to know him better, I want to know him better. He's all together lovely.
And so he tells me that our souls and the children of man.
Then he followed the dialect.
Go to Sometimes one thing is standing to us that we don't deserve at all.
And grace is pouring the Violet. Therefore God hath blessed me forever.
Oh my third verse down to the end of the seventh verse we have Habash of God is holy and righteous, and he must judge sin.
And this is an encouragement to the godly too, because is there a difficult condition of things, the ungladdling of time?
And they have taken possession of the House of God, and the godly 1 be driven out.
And sometimes we might have the same feelings that evil seems to promise.
And he might feel right as he, God and his name God. Doesn't God heal?
All and God's time comes. He will deal in righteousness. He will deal in righteousness. But, brethren, if He was to deal with any of us according to what we deserve, where would we be? There will be certain judgment for any one of us, as it's almost said in another place. Enter not into judgment with thy servants, for in Thy sight shall no flesh living be justified.
None of us be surrogates.
So well might the psalmist say, Grace is falling to thy lips.
00:35:03
Only 6 of the time when God will set things right, when you'll girly sword upon his thigh and when things will be set right and things are going to be set right in this world. God is not going to allow evil to go on forever. God is not going to allow justice and our plans in this world that this is the Kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ.
And of only ones are driven out and for 3 1/2 years they have to suffer.
While ungodly prosper and in similar circumstances, sometimes God.
Allows us to pass through things and may seem to be the full time evil triumph.
Of faith knows that God still holds the.
Bob still holds the rain.
And our presence, whose work is behind the scenes, Faith knows that he is moving all the things that he is behind as we are, Mr. Daddy said and soul confessed him is encountered upon him that he is going to set everything right as your Hannah sat in the in the beginning of Samuel.
There were some things that clearly must agree to heart and God's place.
Shadow, but she said to the Lord, is a God of knowledge.
By him absent our way.
The Lord is a God of noise, and by him ask him the way we may think that we get away with things at times, and remember we don't.
Harshman Sena has seen the prosperous time.
And yes.
God wasn't going to allow that to continue. He warned Eli, he warned him and told him that he had honored his friends above him. A God at last doubt. And he dealt in a very solemn way. And not only did the two boys die, but the father died too, because he supported them. What a song thing. And remember Nathan for time against evil crime.
Of the Lord is the God of noise.
That's the same, that's the same, the Holotana that's up little Samuel. And so he went on ministered in the House of the Lord because he had his faith and confidence in God. And brethren, so with us. And these things are brought in here to show us the time is coming when God will set everything right to Israel. And in the same confidence we can leave things in the hand of God.
We have a certain pleasant responsibility. Of course, I don't think of God and other scriptures deal with that, but one thinks of it in a general way of that there are many circumstances in our in our home life, in our business life and assembly life, but we have to commit things to the world or we leave them with him. But all let me say that and God deals in righteousness.
He didn't Passover our sins he thought was an unrighteousness, and the Lord Jesus bore the full penalty of them, and by His grace we have been delivered from the penalty of them because He bore it.
Start at least verse.
All eyes are and smell of murder and owls cast you out of the ivory palaces for a buy. They have made me glad.
Now that's the eighth verse on the end brings before us a millennial texture that is, shall I say, the vision of coming. Glory is before the soul of the Islamist here, and that's what sustains us.
As we noticed in the first part of the 44th Psalm, we looked back and saw God's merciful graciousness to them as a nation and how He had brought them up from the land of Egypt and blessed them. And now in this psalmist, look forward to a day when the blessing, marvelous blessing, will come to the nation of Israel.
But in the same way, brethren, it tells us where.
Division is the people terrorists?
And a door open up to our souls this afternoon. A vision of coming, Lord.
Then you open up to our souls a building of the glory that's ahead of us. I believe if we had a glimpse of it for just one minute this afternoon, that every one of us will go out of here with shining faces and would relax our glass from things down here, if there were any wonder that the soul of the psalmist was completely lifted above.
00:40:17
It spread out an awful, unparalleled troubles they were going through.
Because He had a version of that time when the Lord Jesus would have his rightful place and when all the redeemed in the earthly sea were decided to share in the blessedness of it all. I say again, brethren, May God give our souls a vision of the glory that's before us.
To think of what it obeys, that they, in his presence, with all his own around him forevermore, all had a future before.
I believe this is blessing my diamond smell of more and owls and kasha out of the ivory palaces.
In a hymn that we sang at space was just the ivory palaces were in heaven. But the little thought in the verse is the glory of the millennial Kingdom.
And the garment smelling of myrrh and owls and Sasha means that the one who will be the standard of that glory in the millennial Kingdom for their live in a marvelous grandeur and luxury such as the world is now.
Only four, and the one who will be the center of it is garment smelling of myrrh and alloys and pasture. I believe things before us that His suffering will never be forgotten, just as we see Him there in the 5th chapter of Revelation, in the midst of the throne, as the Lamb that had been flamed, and every time we gaze upon that precious Savior.
They'll bear the mind.
In His hands and feet inside our family suffered for us at Calvary. And so His garment here are of myrrh, I believe, showing us with his tears and of His suffering, myrrh and owls and Tasha, the sufferings and all these pass throughs, in order that this blessing might be secured to the nation of Israel. And we will never forget that, brethren.
The first glimpse we have of our precious savior that'll.
The thought that comes to us that his garments is one could speak better at the place. The smell of myrrh and owls and cassia, all the remembers we've never remembered before that it was cowardly alone that gave us title to be there. And all the grandeur of that millennial thing. They will not take any credit for themselves it loving to him.
He says out of the library palaces whereby they have made.
The glass isn't that lovely. May be glad we would have written it if we had been writing it. That we were made glad.
But you know it's going to be holy joy to have us there. Another scripture Speaking of this scene says he shall joy over thee with sin. He shall rest in his life. It will be his love that will fill our hearts through that scene of God and just the things that will be his joy to have us there out of the ivory palaces without the amazing.
Be glad.
Things are among thy honourable women. Upon thy right hand it stand the Queen in gold of ophirth all I blessed them who is so rejected. Thou is someday going to have his rightful place. All the nations will come up to Jerusalem to worship the King. Now, as soon as we walk out of this room, can we meet the world again?
We find that there are few that have any heart for Christ, any place for Him.
He's not at all a plan.
This nation and I'm sure many other nations have all kinds of great plans of what they're going to do in 1962. Of what part has what part has the word of God in their plans? What part has this purpose of God in connection with the earth God and their plan always left out. God won't be so then all the nations of the world.
Will recognize Christ in his rightful place of glory then.
There was everything in confusion when the psalmist prophetically speaks of this.
Yes, here they are driven out in Jerusalem. Here they are suffering.
But all they know that all this is going to be brought in.
00:45:02
And I hear Mr. Dodd, he said the path of the question is worthwhile, as it were, 10,000 times worse than it is. No matter how much power we have lies. What could it be? Paul says our light of lifestyle, which is but for a moment worth it for us, a far more exceeding and eternal weight of love, as our word sails to tell of that which is before us.
Now the tenth verse.
Heart and our daughter and consider and inclined 9 years. Forget also thine own people and thy father's house.
All thinking about it, in its left application to Israel, when they're passed out, they'll be hated of their loved ones and cast out as the Lord told prosthetically.
And they'll have to forget their homes, they'll have to forget their father's houses because they'll be despised and outside of Jerusalem and having to hunt for their very existence.
Always they have the view of the glory before them. Well, it may also come in a practical way in our lives. Sometimes there has been a Christian who's come to a certain position in his life.
And the question is, am I going to consider my loved ones, or am I going to give the Lord to either his rightful place?
Now who is the world is spoken for? That also thine own people and thy Father's house. The Lord Jesus said that if anyone would come after him, or let him forsake or hate his father and mother, brother and sister in his own life also that he might be his excitement.
It tells something sometimes the follow Christ, it tells something, but always miss lovely soul shall attain greatly desire thy duty.
I have an experience facing the way that some have in its very looming That is, my father and my mother were glad when I confessed Christ. They were glad when I expressed any desire to follow Christ. But there are some here that hasn't been so it's passed through a great deal. Remember, the Lord valued that, He says, so shall the King greatly desire. Why duty.
And if it costs you something, the Lord knows just what it costs you.
And he values the fact that you're giving him the first place in your affection. We value that.
And hideous lovely that he should put this here for the encouragement of this little remnant, and for our encouragement too, that he values the affection that counts him the worldly objects of our hearts.
Both silicon greatly desire thy duty, for He is thy Lord and worship thou Him. Or is anyone here who come to a point in your life and God has marked out the path before you.
And yet you know very well if you take this step in obedience, but it's going to mean a break with loved ones.
They're going to misunderstand you and despise you for the chapter that you have taken to follow Christ.
Remember these words, Forget also thine own people and thy father's house. So shall the king raise the desire thy goodies all he wants your heart is as some **** made thine heart. He wants our hearts affections above all else.
Call the 12TH place. No doubt spaces of the Gentiles will come up through Jerusalem to worship the king and bring the riches of the nations there.
And then it goes through the 13th verse. The King's daughter is all glorious within a clothing is of rock gold. He shall be brought into the Kingdom raiment of needlework. What I like to think of the chief OPS in connection with this. Now we have the old nature with him.
How often we have to put it in the place of death because it keeps springing up. But when we get there to glory, Bradley, won't it be wonderful, as the little hymn says, to look within and see no strength?
A blog, no curse to place that. She had no tears, but they were no pain, but freely face to face. The King of the Batter is all glorious within. Up there. The old nature will be gone forever. And then but on the outside.
00:50:02
All says her clothing is of what gold, what gold? Ah, she hath made him to be sin for us. He knew no sin, but we might be made a life Christmas of God.
From here.
Yes, you have the same righteousness up there that we have right now himself, our righteousness before God.
So see what in and what else is Gloria?
One of the practical little words here, I believe he shall be brought into the King and raiment of needlework. He tells us here that clothing is a black gold, and as I remarked, I believe that brings before us Christ Himself is our righteousness.
But they ran in the middle. Work would perhaps bring before us what is mentioned in Revelation 19, where it says.
All the miles of alarm is come, and his wife hath made herself ready, and the whole was granted that he should be arrayed in silent and clean and white. For the firemen is the righteous message. I might mention that the proper word is a plural word there that writes this message of Saints.
That is our title to be there. Our place there is only through the work of Christ.
But there will be a manifestation there. And what will a manifestation be? Well, a manifestation will be whether you and I have set to live our lives down here to please Him. That's what it'll be.
No, when a wedding takes place.
The girl usually goes through a lot of trouble to repair a nice wedding dress.
Beautiful wearing glass.
Puts a lot of work into it. Well the young man is not marrying her for the wedding dress she wears. That has nothing to do with it at all. He never even thought of that and he wanted the girl to be his wife.
When the day comes and he has put a lot of effort and work into that wedding dress and he looks upon her and he admires it and sees all that work that she has done. That has nothing to do with her acceptance before him in connection with the relationships he's going to be in. But it does meet with his approval and favorite.
Embarrassing. You and I, if one could speak in that sense, are putting 6 by 6 into that which will be spoken of as the raiment of needlework in that day. That's why it says his wife hath made herself ready. What would you think of a girl who said, well, I'm just going to put on an old house dress? She's not mind me for the clothes, I don't care.
What would you think of her affection when you so well?
It's wonderful that he thanks so much for whether he goes ahead in spite of that. While, brethren, isn't it wonderful? The Lord loves us and he's going to see each one of his own and he's going to be satisfied. But for you and I, can we stand before the judgment seat of Christ?
Suffer last or will it be dead?
Wouldn't, wouldn't that girl lose something on that wedding day when she would come up just in an ordinary plain house dress? Wouldn't you lose something? Yes, you would lose something of the approval of the one whom she loves. That's what you lose, brethren. You and I are either having gained less and were doing that right now in our lives.
Are we living in here at eternity?
Also Christ is my righteousness, yes, blessed be his name. That's all, that's all, and we need no other. But we do have the privilege of the raiment of needlework, that which will be found in the praise, honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ, that which will be in his eyes and Timothy wonderful in some room measures to hear him so well done wouldn't.
Worth anything that we could ever do for woman to hear him say that on good words. But I believe that's what's brought before us here in the raiment of needlework. If that seems whereas with gladness and rejoicing felony blocks. They shall enter into the King's power. All have a scene of rejoicing that obeying what a moment of rejoicing.
Now the 16th verse, Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom thou mayest make Princess in all earth.
00:55:02
That is in the 44th time they're looking back upon the past days of their history, when God has been so good to them that they were going through 12. But now when they look on, the future is brighter than anything that's ever been in the past.
Refused to his lighter. There was a day of glory in Israel's past, But all is a future day of glory as bright, as bright as hell. We might look back to the day of Pentecost. Think what a wonderful time it was. All believers in one accord, in one place, grace, power, great madness. We might look back 125 years ago and think of the days of the mighty men of God is Mr. Darby and Kelly and others.
Oh, thanks God for those days.
And for those men and God raised up. But we have a brother thing before our souls rather.
The time coming when all be made, all the redeemed will be made perfect in one, and when they will be associated with Christ. And as a little hymn says, thou shalt the wandering world display that we would be a one. This is Israel will be the center of the Israel.
So they will look up and see you, the heavenly city. And she has spoken out as a bride, and that is a heavenly city in her position raining over this world with Christ. Are we trying to get something to this world now? We find a good position in this world now. It's too soon, brother, ahead of time.
All the soul of the Corinthians and we have rainy exchange without us and sometimes we like to reign exchange filled, but all of the time coming when we will reign first place. It is there of glory coming, the blessedness of the far beyond our comprehension and faith says instead of our fathers, instead of looking back to a Paris Floyd, let's look on brethren. That'll keep it from getting this story.
That's why the next song, that's why I read it. God is our rescued and strength.
A very pleasant help in trouble, therefore, where not we fear that the earth be removed, and all the mountain desired in the midst of the sea. He says, No matter what stirring upon me, no matter what appeal there is, no matter if everything that we thought was steadfast and abiding is shaken, is sad, we have a Kingdom that can't be moved.
All things that are seen can be certain, but, brethren, we have ashamed, and that cannot be moved, What will help us to go through the difficulties of life? What'll give us courage, brethren, to make the difficulties that we may not have to face, as our brother remarked before in one of the meetings?
They may have persecution even before us. The Lord calls us home. I don't know what to have. But one thing we do know about a head beyond it all is a glorious scene. This is a little picture of the earthly part of it. Orange is the heavenly and all had a future is ahead of us, God.
Is all rested and blessed, our very pleasant health in trouble. And if there any of the dear Saints of God here this afternoon who are going through such trials, may the Spirit of God lift us above them who occupation with this blessed One. But our hearts may invite a good matter, for we may be occupied with him and not fear no matter what is taken.
Because what we have in him can't be taken.
Are you therefore receiving a Kingdom of mechanical mode? That is, how good for thy we may serve God acceptably as reverence, and gladly and godly fear.
Saw the third verse. All the letters are of long troubles. All the mountains straight for the soil. It is a liver. Extremely glad. The city of God, the holy place.
Of the travel message of the most part, yes, he said that everything, let everything be taken. But great upheavals come, he says. There's a river that makes ground.
All that makes glad the city of God.
Listen to that now. You can enjoy that now. We can handle into it by faith now. And May God grant it as we go through that, these difficulties and trials that we must meet, that we'll know what it is to be dreaming of that brother. And we'll know what it is to sit down and find refreshments and friends for each circumstance that arises. And when things look just, everything we thought was secure.
01:00:16
Chosen our brand and all about the thing that we really look for. The whole picture for us is surely going to be brought in. It's all our and soon to be ours by sight as God would have us to be ours now by faith.
So the first bird.
He still and know that I am God.
These cells are the same for our natural heart.
I don't know anything harder for our natural heart than to be still.
Just to be still and wait on God.
Who often find it comes in at a time when it's just beyond what human patients and endurance can take. That's where it comes in through the life too, honestly.
Molly's word needs to be asked for me welcoming our lives and know that I am God, 11TH person, The Lord of hosts is with us.
Doris Jacob is our rapid.
The Lord of hosts, the One was all power in governing the 1St and is going to straighten out everything is on time and way. Then he clauses with the Word, the God of Jacob. I guess he should go and he didn't deserve any of it. We didn't deserve any of it. He was just like 4 failing Jacob who had no claim on it at all. But he's the God of Jacob and he's our rescue. How May God grant that we may enter into these things?
Faith and that we may enjoy them as we sought out. No doubt even the men of the world wondered that this year they haven't saw.
Another one his hand is behind everything and who has purpose and planned this blessing for you and I and it's going to be brought in in his own time and way. May he give us grace to work for him and for his glory. Meeting each situation that arises is a view that a judgment through the Christ.
Then all will be manifested and will be there around himself.
Only God fill our hearts with a burden of that glory that awaits.
