Is a part of His character. Deut. 32:4⁴He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he. (Deuteronomy 32:4). Isa. 45:21²¹Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the Lord? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. (Isaiah 45:21).

DECLARED TO BE

Plenteous. Job 37:23²³Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict. (Job 37:23).

Incomparable. Job 4:1¹Then Eliphaz the Temanite answered and said, (Job 4:1).

Incorruptible. Deut. 10:17¹⁷For the Lord your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward: (Deuteronomy 10:17). 2 Chr. 19:7⁷Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts. (2 Chronicles 19:7).

Impartial. 2 Chr. 19:7⁷Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts. Jer. 32:19¹⁹Great in counsel, and mighty in work: for thine eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men: to give every one according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings: (Jeremiah 32:19).

Unfailing. Zeph. 3:5⁵The just Lord is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame. (Zephaniah 3:5).

Undeviating. Job 8:3³Doth God pervert judgment? or doth the Almighty pervert justice? (Job 8:3). Job 34:12¹²Yea, surely God will not do wickedly, neither will the Almighty pervert judgment. (Job 34:12).

Without respect of persons. Rom. 2:11¹¹For there is no respect of persons with God. (Romans 2:11). Col. 3:25²⁵But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons. (Colossians 3:25). 1 Peter 1:17¹⁷And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear: (1 Peter 1:17).

The habitation of His throne. Psa. 89:14¹⁴Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face. (Psalm 89:14).

Not to be sinned against. Jer. 50:7⁷All that found them have devoured them: and their adversaries said, We offend not, because they have sinned against the Lord, the habitation of justice, even the Lord, the hope of their fathers. (Jeremiah 50:7).

Denied by the ungodly. Ezek. 33:17, 20¹⁷Yet the children of thy people say, The way of the Lord is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal. (Ezekiel 33:17)
²⁰Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O ye house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways. (Ezekiel 33:20).

EXHIBITED IN

Forgiving sins. 1 John. 1:9.

Redemption. Rom. 3:26²⁶To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. (Romans 3:26).

His government. Psa. 9:4⁴For thou hast maintained my right and my cause; thou satest in the throne judging right. (Psalm 9:4). Jer. 9:24²⁴But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord. (Jeremiah 9:24).

His judgments. Gen. 18:25²⁵That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? (Genesis 18:25). Rev. 19:2²For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand. (Revelation 19:2).

All His ways. Ezek. 18:25,29²⁵Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal? (Ezekiel 18:25)
²⁹Yet saith the house of Israel, The way of the Lord is not equal. O house of Israel, are not my ways equal? are not your ways unequal? (Ezekiel 18:29).

The final judgment. Acts 17:31³¹Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead. (Acts 17:31).

Acknowledge. Psa. 51:4⁴Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. (Psalm 51:4), with Rom. 3:4⁴God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged. (Romans 3:4).

Magnify. Psa. 98:9⁹Before the Lord; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity. (Psalm 98:9). Psa. 99:3, 4³Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy. ⁴The king's strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob. (Psalm 99:3‑4).
