More Blessed to Give

From a letter: “Today is our 45th wedding anniversary. I have often said that the key to a truly happy marriage is the verse, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive’ (Acts 20:3535I have showed you all things, how that so laboring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. (Acts 20:35)). The more we can forget ourselves in giving to our loved one, the happier we are. When each is seeking to do this — what a blessed and happy marriage!
