Not of the World

“They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world” said the Lord Jesus (John 17:1616They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. (John 17:16)). They are no longer in connection with the world; they have done with it as a rule of life or conduct; its fashions, pursuits, customs, and desires no longer guide them. Instead of being led by them they are led by the Spirit, and choose those things which the Spirit delights in.”
