Show forth the praises of Him who hath called you.
This is what God wants - our praise of His Son. There is nothing that pleases the Father like our praise of Jesus. The Lord Jesus Christ gave up His glory in heaven and became a man in order to go to Calvary and die for our sins. Today we can spend a few minutes thinking about what He suffered for us. When we consider the awfulness of what He suffered, it should fill our hearts with praise.
Praise the Savior, ye who know Him,
Who can tell how much we owe Him?
Gladly let us render to Him
All we have and are.
