Put your whole heart into whatever you do for the best of Masters—the Lord Jesus Christ. There is a fine text in 2 Chronicles 31:2121And in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart, and prospered. (2 Chronicles 31:21), “In every work that he began in the service of the house of God, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart, and prospered.”
Now, may it be true of you, dear young friends, who love the Lord, and before Him seek that which is “good and right and truth,” and whatever you do may be done for Him with all your heart. Half-hearted people are poor servants, and we should not be poor servants of our Lord and Savior. It is a happy sight to witness a child serving his mother with all his heart, doing his very best for love’s sake. The Lord of all is pleased with such service rendered to Him.
