The Sand of the Sea:
Position of moral separation from the tumultuous movements of the people.
Beast:
Revived form of the Roman Empire (Dan. 7).
Sea:
The turbulent mass of unsettled, unreclaimed nations in anarchy and confusion (
Isa. 57:20

But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. (Isaiah 57:20)

Seven Heads:
