Then came she and worshipped Him, saying, Lord, help me.
This lady had a daughter who was possessed with a demon. The distraught mother came to Jesus for help. But before she asked for help she owned Him as Lord. We see her here in our verse in a state of worship. That means that she recognized Jesus for who He was and gave Him His rightful place. Today let’s give the Lord the place that He deserves - the highest place -and spend some time in true worship of the One who gave Himself for us on Calvary’s cross.
