1. PRAYER. O that thou wouldest bless me indeed!
1 Chron. 4:10

And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested. (1 Chronicles 4:10)

PROMISE. The Lord will bless his people with peace.
Psa. 29:11

The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace. (Psalm 29:11)

2. PRAYER. Teach me thy way, O Lord.
Psa. 86:11

Teach me thy way, O Lord; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name. (Psalm 86:11)

PROMISE. The meek will he teach his way.
Psa. 25:9

The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way. (Psalm 25:9)

3. PRAYER. Give me neither poverty nor riches.
Prov. 30:8

Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me: (Proverbs 30:8)

PROMISE. The Lord shall give that which is good.
Psa. 85:12

Yea, the Lord shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase. (Psalm 85:12)

4. PRAYER. Feed me with food convenient for me.
Prov. 30:8

PROMISE. The Lord shall feed thee with the heritage of Jacob.

5. PRAYER. O satisfy us early with thy mercy, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.

PROMISE. My people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith the Lord.
Jer. 31:14

6. PRAYER. Keep me in this way that I go.
Gen. 28:20

And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on, (Genesis 28:20)

PROMISE. He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

7. PRAYER. O Lord, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.

PROMISE. He shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

8. PRAYER. Preserve me, O God; for in thee do I put my trust.

9. PRAYER. For thy name's sake lead me and guide me.
Psa. 31:3

PROMISE. The Lord shall guide thee continually.
Isa. 58:11

10. PRAYER. O Lord, heal me; for my bones are vexed.

PROMISE. I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds.

11. PRAYER. Forgive us our sins

PROMISE. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1: 9.
12. PRAYER. Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee

13. PRAYER. O continue thy loving-kindness unto them that know thee.

PROMISE. My loving-kindness will I not take from him.

14. PRAYER. Comfort me.

16. PRAYER. Strengthen thou me according to thy word.

PROMISE. I will strengthen thee.
Isa. 41:10

17. PRAYER. Do good, O Lord, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.

21. PRAYER. Save us, O God of our salvation.

PROMISE. Israel shall be saved in the Lord with an everlasting salvation Isa, 45:17.
22. PRAYER. Deliver our lives from death.

23. PRAYER. Unite my heart to fear thy name.

24. PRAYER. Cast me not away from thy presence.
