1. PRAYER. O Lord, thou art our Father; we all are the work of thy hand. Isa. 64: 8.
PROMISE. I will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

2. PRAYER. Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation.

PROMISE. God shall help thee, and that right early.

4. PRAYER. I have waited for thy salvation, O Lord.

7. PRAYER. HOW long shall the workers of iniquity boast themselves?

10. PRAYER. Give heed to me, O Lord.

11. PRAYER. I would comfort myself, my heart is faint.

PROMISE. I have satisfied the weary soul

12. PRAYER. All we like sheep have gone astray.
Isa. 53:6

PROMISE. As a shepherd seeketh out his flock, so will I seek out my sheep.
Ezek. 34:12

13. PRAYER. I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait.

PROMISE. They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Isa. 40: 31.
14. PRAYER. I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.

PROMISE. I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou shalt go.

16. PRAYER. O Lord God, wilt thou make a full end of the remnant of Israel?

PROMISE. I will dwell with him that is of a contrite and humble spirit.
Isa. 57:15

20. PRAYER. The Lord pardon thy servant in this thing.
2 Kings 5:18

21. PRAYER. We wept when we remembered Zion.
