Reading and Prayer

EXO 1:6-8⁶And Joseph died, and all his brethren, and all that generation. ⁷And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them. ⁸Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph. (Exodus 1:6‑8)

And Joseph died. . . . Now there arose up a new king . . . which knew not Joseph.

Governments change and forget the Lord Jesus. New “standards” are brought in - like no more prayer or Bible reading in the schools. What should you do? Read and pray anyway -at home, and with your Christian friends. Ask God for help and deliverance like the Israelites did. He is faithful.
