But the woman . . . came . . . and told [Jesus] all the truth.
This woman thought that no one would ever know that she had touched the hem of Jesus’ garment so that her sickness would be cured. But Jesus knew. He felt her touch Him. Since she was found out, she came and told Jesus everything. Let’s be the same way. The Lord doesn’t want us to come to Him with only the big problems or a sort of generic-type prayer. He wants us to tell Him all the truth, confess our sins if we have sinned, and feel the love and communion that He wants to share with us. Don’t hold anything back from Him.
