 He had disclosed the longings of His heart to see her face and hear her voice, and as she listens to those wonderful unfoldings, her heart is stirred, her love is awakened, and in the realization of His love and devotion, she exclaims, "My Beloved is mine, and I am His."  The King has already likened the bride to the lily, and has unfolded to her all the thoughts of His heart, and thus she is brought to realize that His food and His delight is in herself.
