• The porch of the temple, its only entrance, differed in its proportions from those of the tabernacle. 2 Chronicles 3:4 tells us that it was one hundred twenty cubits high. It was four times as high as the house. (“The Temple: 1 Kings 6” by H.L. Rossier)
