we.
the offering.
Christians, whether Jews or Gentiles previously, have been and are set apart through that body offered up once for all; and it is in virtue of God's will by means of Jesus offered up that we are thus sanctified. (Hebrews 10:8-14 by W. Kelly)
It is by the will of God that we are set apart for Him (not by our own will), and that by means of the sacrifice offered to God….sanctification is a complete setting apart to God, as belonging to Him at the price of the offering of Jesus, a consecration to Him by means of that offering. (Hebrews 10 by J.N. Darby)
Thus our sanctification, our being set apart to God, has-with regard to the work that accomplished it-all the stability of the will of God, and all the grace from which it sprang. (Hebrews 10 by J.N. Darby)
It is in vain and needless to look within in the endeavor to find in our faith, our repentance, our experiences or our feelings, that which will bring relief or peace to the burdened conscience. (The Purged Conscience: Hebrews 10:1-18 by H. Smith)

WK Translation Notes

+
a
It is evident that the KJV is not justified in giving the same force "are sanctified" to "hēgiasmenoi" in vs.10 and to "tous hagiazomenous" in vs. 14. The Revisers rightly say in the one case "we have been sanctified," and in the other "them that are sanctified," not those that are (or were) being sanctified as in the analogous case of {vi 26997}{/vi}, {vi 28382}{/vi}. There is a moral present, and not merely an historical one of actual time.

The RV corrects the blunder of the KJV, and reads "once for all" without italics.
