A Son’s Grave
A mother writes to me:— “I have written to the War Office two or three times regarding my dear son’s grave, but they cannot give me any information.... I thank you for your kind offer to put my need of information in the ‘Message.’ My son’s name was:—Private Herbert Eller, 13180, 2nd Devons. At the time of his death he was serving in the 23rd T.M. Battery. My clear boy was killed on April 14th, 1917, and was buried close by a farmhouse just outside the village of Villers Guislain, between Cambrai and St. Quentin.”
If anyone can give any-information, please send to Dr. Heyman Wreford, The Firs, Denmark Road, Exeter.
