SOS 3:4⁴It was but a little that I passed from them, but I found him whom my soul loveth: I held him, and would not let him go, until I had brought him into my mother's house, and into the chamber of her that conceived me. (Song of Solomon 3:4)

This is love at its deepest. The bride in Solomon’s song had found her groom and clung to him. It is a picture of the feeling that we should have towards the Lord Jesus. Our love for Him should be such that we never want to let Him out of our reach.
