 He is only called Jehovah in the psalm when He speaks of His dwelling on the mountain of Zion and His abiding. Because there He takes His covenant place and name. (Practical Reflections on the Psalms: Psalms 64-77 by J.N. Darby)
 {v.16-17} The powers of the world, represented by high-peaked mountains (JND), may look enviously upon Zion. Nevertheless, at Zion the Lord has chosen to dwell forever as the center of earthly government, waited upon by angelic hosts as the executors of His will. (Psalms 68 by H. Smith)
