Yet again the Jungle Doctor is in the thick of a battle for people’s lives. There is so much that good medicine can do to tackle injuries and disease yet local customs and superstition are causing problems. So much so that the hospital staff is actually held back from saving a woman’s life! The doctors and nurses have to work in poor operating conditions, with very limited equipment and drugs, but despite everything other lives are saved!
