This fellowship was rich in blessing from above, as the desired refreshing of abundant dew fell in the everlasting hills. For in Zion Jehovah had promised the blessing. The anointing of the Lord, the Holy Spirit {v.2}, and the refreshing of goodness from on high in abundance, shall accompany the unity of Israel in Zion. (Practical Reflections on the Psalms: Psalms 132-134 by J.N. Darby)
The dew of this lofty and dominating mountain descending upon the lower mountains of Zion is surely a figure of heavenly blessing poured upon restored Israel.  The Lord’s blessing (symbolized in “the dew” vs. 3) will be showered upon them. (Book 5. by B. Anstey)
