In Isaiah, however, the term used is “your brethren”, for the prophet is more occupied with the regathering of the children of Israel from the most distant places to which they had been scattered. Their coming in this way will be like the bringing of an offering to God in a clean vessel— an offering therefore acceptable to Him and for His pleasure. (Isaiah 66 by F.B. Hole)
