J. N. Darby Translation

+
10
For if, being enemies, we have been reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much rather, having been reconciled, we shall be saved in the power ofa his life.

JND Translation Notes

+
a
Or "by his blood," "by his life." when en is used morally it has the force of "in the power of," "in the intrinsic character of"; thus "in flesh," "in spirit." The article and pronoun here give it a somewhat more instrumental character. "Through" in ver. 10 is dia.

W. Kelly Translation

10
For if while enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more having been reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
