He pronounces a solemn anathema on everyone who loved not the Lord Jesus. There might be such, but he would in no way recognize them. (1 Corinthians 16 by J.N. Darby)
It is to be doubted indeed whether love can be unfeigned without abhorring evil; and what evil can compare with bearing the name of the Lord without real attachment to Him? Thus the first epistle to the Corinthians ends with a denunciation similar in solemnity to that with which the epistle to the Galatians opens. (Notes on 1 Corinthians 16:13-24 by W. Kelly)
“Anathema Maranatha” means to be accursed when the Lord comes. He has alluded in various places in the epistle that there was a strong likelihood that there were some among them who were mere professors. (Closing Exhortations by B. Anstey)
