About This Product

These answers to correspondents were given on the cover of Things New and Old, from 1858, the year of its commencement, to December 1863.

These letters do not appear in the bound volumes of Things New and Old nor in the previously printed Answers to Correspondents from the years 1864‑1866. The whole was revised and corrected by the Editor, who also added a few notes in places where fuller exposition seemed called for.
