The Revisers are no more accurate than the KJV. It should be "having not seen."

The Revisers rightly correct "in" to "on," for the connection of "on whom" is not with "ye love," but with one or both participles ("not seeing" and "believing"); but, if with both, the RV fails by supplying an object to the first and so connecting the words with "believing" only. Translate therefore, "on whom though now not looking but believing ye exult" etc.
